Yokohama Country & Athletic Club (YC&AC)
YC&AC was established in 1868, and is Japan’s oldest international sports and social club. Their mission is to promote international mutual understanding through sports and culture.
Outdoor sports played in the Club include hockey, lawn bowls, rugby, soccer, tennis, baseball, and cricket.
Indoor sports include basketball, bowling, darts, snooker, squash, and table tennis.
The International School Network interviewed YC&AC.
The facilities in YC&AC include a 33,000m sq. main field, numerous tennis courts, a gymnasium, a four-lane bowling alley, squash courts, a fitness centre, a dance studio, a billiards room, three dining areas, a video library and lounge, pools, and a lawn bowling green!
